Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. User Agreement
By placing an order through Rafeind, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Rafeind is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your information. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rafeind, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the purchase of any products, including but not limited to Keyboards, Headphones, and Gaming Controllers. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if Rafeind has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rafeind website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements, is the property of Rafeind or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names displayed on the site are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Rafeind. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keyboards, Headphones, or Gaming Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported to us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or wear beyond normal use.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iceland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
